Who is responsible

Roberto Mirabella, who runs Tramontana. You can reach me at newhorizons2035@gmail.com.

What I collect

When you ask for Tramontana Lite, or to hear when Tramontana is available: the email address of your ATAS account and, if you choose to tell me, where you heard about Tramontana. Nothing else.

Why

For Tramontana Lite: to give you access in ATAS, to tell you when it’s on, and to write to you about access problems and important changes. The form also sends you a copy of your request, so you can check the address. The legal basis is your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

For the list: to tell you when Tramontana is available and what it costs. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Joining the list is optional, Tramontana Lite doesn’t depend on it, and you can leave at any time by writing to me.

Who else handles it

The form runs on Google Forms, which stores the answers for me. Google may process them outside the European Union under its own safeguards. To give you access to Tramontana Lite, I enter your email address in the indicator access system of ATAS, which links the indicator to your ATAS account.

How long I keep it

For Tramontana Lite, as long as you have access. For the list, until you ask to leave it. When you ask, I delete your data and remove your access.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format: write to newhorizons2035@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
